National Healthy Start Association’s AIM CCI project has entered its fifth year of this one-of-its-kind pilot initiative that has worked in partnership with local communities to develop and implement its series of “Community Care” maternal safety bundles to improve disparities in maternal health outcomes. Recognizing the invaluable insight and support of its partners, AIM CCI created the Innovation in Action Champion awards to acknowledge the work of partners across the nation.
