Haywood L. Brown Coauthors Article in Journal of the National Medical Association

Dr. Haywood L. Brown,  Co-Principal Investigator for AIM CCI’s cooperative agreement, was recently published in a co-authored article in the Journal of the National Medical Association. “Black women health inequity: The origin of perinatal health disparity” was published in February 2021. The article explores the origins of health care inequities for Black women in the United States and how those roots have continued to affect care well into the 21st century.
